Day 68 Saint-Jacques, New Brunswick. Rest Day

I could feel the tiredness riding along with me for the past couple of days. But once I get going I'm usually okay until the afternoon when it returns.
So in order to make the riding not only easier but more enjoyable it's time to rest up. Firstly by sleeping in and then going out and eating and being a tourist.
I had lunch today at a "Restaurant Familial" where they had a Chinese Buffet. I'm always looking for an oppurtunity like that so for less than $10 I said why not? But this Chinese food had an Acadian flavour, so to speak, about it. This was the first time I've ever had Chinese food with macaroni and some kind of fried bits of meat in it.
It was an okay lunch.
Just because I'm no longer in Quebec doesn't mean I no longer need my Lonely Planet French phrase book. Actually it's harder here in New Brunswick because you don't know if the person you are about to talk to can
1. Speak only in French
2. Speak only English or
3. Speak both languages which you'll find in most businesses.
I also got to see the New Brunswick Botanical Garden which is right beside the campground.
Also beside the campground is the Automobile Museum. I didn't have time for that. Just doesn't seem right riding all this way on a bicycle and going to see old cars.
I guess that might be called "ironic".
