This has been the shortest ride day yet. I guess it could be called a strategic move to stay out of the rain and winds that are expected overnight. Hurricane Irene leftovers.
The winds tonight are expected to gust up to 90kph.
I could be in PEI tomorrow if that was a tailwind.
I got to the motel at about noon. Looked out the window and closed the cutains. Got things dried out.
Tomorrow will be a rest day and time to explore parts of historic downtown Fredericton.
And thanks to all of you who emailed me about the stormy weather coming my way.
Tonight would have been quite thrilling if I was in a tent.
